PRIVACY NOTICE OF DATA FROM INMOLIDER S.A. DE C.V.

THIS PRIVACY NOTICE IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE SITE www.koom-tulum.com. THEREFORE, ANY LINK THAT TAKES YOU TO ANOTHER SITE IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTROLLER.

In compliance with the LFPDPPP (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), Inmolider, S.A. de C.V., trading as Inmolider, hereinafter the Controller, informs you that the company will be responsible for the handling of your personal data. The User may contact the company at any time via the email address designated solely for the handling of personal data, or may also go to the tax address, details of which are provided further below.

I. Data Collected and Purpose for Clients and Suppliers

The personal data we collect through this medium include, among others, the following:

  1. Full name of the individual concerned or of the legal representative (only in the case of a legal entity).

  2. Complete address of your tax and business domicile (if both exist).

  3. Contact telephone number (landline or mobile).

  4. Email address.

These will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. To identify you as a potential client or supplier of the Controller.

  2. To provide services and information related to the requested or offered service.

  3. To send you, through various means, any changes or relevant information regarding the products or services acquired with the Controller.

  4. To carry out all necessary internal processes related to ongoing business activity, including credit and payment matters.

II. Data Collected and Purpose for Job Applicants

In the event of job offers, applications, or through any other means via the website, the following data may be requested:

  1. Full name.

  2. Address.

  3. Phone numbers (landline and mobile).

  4. Email address.

  5. Photographs.

  6. Academic and employment history.

  7. Information related to job interests, including skills and abilities.

  8. Salary expectations.

These will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. To keep them in the employment record.

  2. Recruitment process.

  3. For requesting job references.

  4. For use by the Human Resources department.

Likewise, Inmolider, S.A. de C.V. may use the holder’s image (photos and video) for illustrative, promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes through electronic and printed media.

III. Warning Regarding the Use of Electronic Means

In the event that the Data Subject provides their data through electronic means, including the Controller’s website (Internet), then the Data Subject understands, accepts, and acknowledges that:

A. The Controller’s website may include links to third-party websites. Accessing them will cause you to leave the Controller’s site, and therefore, the Controller assumes no responsibility for such third-party sites.

B. The Controller’s website may include links to sites that manage social networks. In this case, the Data Subject accepts that by providing any type of information or Data on such sites, it may be read, viewed, accessed, retransmitted, and processed by anyone, thereby releasing the Controller from any responsibility.

C. It is possible that the Controller’s systems may collect Data from the Data Subject such as browser type, operating system, visited web pages, IP address, etc., through “cookies” or “web beacons,” among others.

IV. Limitation of Use and Disclosure

To fulfill the purposes of this notice, as well as to store and process your data, it is possible that the Controller may share all or part of the Data with third parties, including suppliers of goods or services, domestic or foreign, that require access to this information, such as data storage servers, who will be contractually obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice. The Controller undertakes to have sufficient and necessary legal and security measures to ensure that your Data remains confidential and secure.

V. Transfer

Inmolider, S.A. de C.V. has your express consent to use personal data for the purposes described above, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. If you do not agree to your data being subject to transfer, then you must refrain from providing any data.

VI. Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection (ARCO RIGHTS)

The Data Subject shall have the right to request from the Controller, at any time, access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding their Data. To do so, a request must be sent to the following address, which we request be confirmed by phone to ensure proper receipt:

The request for access, rectification, cancellation, or objection must include and be accompanied by the following:

  3. A clear and precise description of the Data regarding which any of the aforementioned rights are to be exercised.

  4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Data Subject’s information.

VII. Changes and Modifications

The Data Subject agrees that any changes to this “Privacy Notice” or to the privacy policies shall be notified by publication on the website www.koom-tulum.com. It is the obligation of the Data Subject to periodically visit said site in order to review the most current version of the Privacy Notice.
